Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes AI-generated forms, the editor, and response collection. No card is required to sign up.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. You can build a form at /create without signing up. When you want to save or publish it, you create a free account and the draft carries over.

Can I keep editing a form after I publish it?

Yes. Saved changes go live immediately. Adding or removing fields never deletes responses you've already collected.

What happens to my forms if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Every form and response stays. Features that are Growth-only simply become unavailable until you upgrade again.

Does Flowora send WhatsApp messages?

Yes, if you connect the WhatsApp integration — it's used for survey and campaign features. Without it connected, those run in a local mock mode.

You can delete individual forms, responses, and connections yourself at any time. To close an account entirely, contact support and we delete your data within a reasonable period.

A notification email didn't arrive — what should I check?

Check spam first. Then open the workflow run history for that submission: each step, including the email, is logged with its result so you can see whether it ran.

Can a form create a CRM record automatically?

Yes — add a CRM step to the form's workflow, choose Contact, Lead, or Deal, and map the fields. It can create-only or update a matching record (matched on email).

What's the difference between a lead and a deal?

Accepted Answer

A lead is an unqualified prospect with a status (New → Contacted → Qualified). A deal is an active opportunity with a value, in a pipeline stage. You convert a promising lead into a deal.

How are incoming leads assigned to salespeople?

With priority-ordered assignment rules. Each rule has conditions and an action — assign to a user, or round-robin within a team. The first matching rule wins; a rule with no conditions is a catch-all.

Is there spam protection?

Public forms are protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, which blocks automated submissions without showing respondents a puzzle in most cases.

Are form responses secure?

Response answers are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and encrypted in transit (TLS). Your workspace's data is isolated per-tenant — no other customer can read it.

Where is my data stored?

Is my prompt or form data used to train the AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Prompt text and a form's field list are sent to the AI provider only to generate that response. Respondent answers are never sent to the AI, and Google user data obtained via Google APIs is never used to train models.

Can I revoke Google access later?

Yes. Remove the connection in Connections, or from your Google Account's Security → Third-party access page. Flowora only ever touches spreadsheets you explicitly picked.

What happens if the AI misreads my imported document?

You review the result before anything is saved. Questions it couldn't confidently type come in as text fields; change the type, fix labels, and adjust required flags in the editor.

Can a condition depend on an answer from an earlier page?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A field's logic can only reference other fields on the same page, but page navigation rules and workflow conditions can use any answer submitted so far. To branch a later field on an earlier answer, put the controlled field on a later page.

Does a hidden field still get validated or submitted?

Accepted Answer

No. While a field is hidden by a show/hide rule it collects no answer, isn't shown, and isn't enforced as required — even if its required setting is on.

Can Flowora calculate a value, like a total?

Accepted Answer

You can auto-fill a field with a fixed value or copy another field's answer using a data-action rule. Free-form arithmetic across fields isn't available in the form builder yet.
