AI Insights reads a batch of a form's most recent responses and writes back a short summary — the main themes, anything unusual, and one actionable suggestion where it's warranted.
Run it
In the Responses tab, click AI Insights. It analyzes a capped number of the most recent responses (older ones are left out to keep the summary focused).
Requirements
- The form needs a minimum number of responses before there's enough to summarize.
- AI Insights requires the Growth plan or higher, and uses your plan's AI allowance.
Good fits
Open-ended feedback forms, NPS / satisfaction surveys, support intake — anywhere the value is in the free-text answers, not just the counts.
Privacy
Response text for the analyzed batch is sent to the AI provider to generate the summary. It is not used to train any model. See the Privacy Policy.
