Connect a workflow to Google Sheets

Last updated 10 Sept 2026

A workflow can write submitted answers to a Google Sheet you choose.

Follow these steps to connect one:

Four steps: connect Google with the drive.file scope, add a Google Sheets step to the workflow, pick the spreadsheet and map fields to columns, then each submission appends a row

Connect Google

  1. Go to Connections and connect your Google account.
  2. Flowora requests the drive.file scope — this only grants access to the specific spreadsheets you pick through Google's own file-picker, not your whole Drive.

Add the step

  1. In a form's Workflow, add a Google Sheets step.
  2. Pick the spreadsheet (and worksheet) with the file picker.
  3. Map form fields to sheet columns.
  4. Save. Each submission appends a row.

Revoke access

Remove the connection in Connections, or from your Google Account's Security → Third-party access page. Flowora never reads or writes any spreadsheet you didn't explicitly select.
