Flowora's CRM has four record types.
Contact
A person — name, email, phone, job title. Contacts can belong to a company. This is your address book of everyone you deal with.
Company
An organization. Contacts, deals, and activities can all be linked to a company, so you can see everything happening with an account in one place.
Lead
A potential customer you haven't qualified yet. A lead has a status: New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted → Lost. Leads are the top of the funnel — the "is this worth pursuing?" stage. When a lead is worth pursuing, you convert it into a deal.
Deal
An active sales opportunity with a value, tied to a pipeline and a stage (see Move deals through pipeline stages). Deals are what you forecast and report on.
A typical flow
A "Contact us" form → creates a Lead. Sales works the lead; if it's real, they convert it → a Contact (and maybe a Company) plus a Deal in the pipeline. The deal moves through stages to Won or Lost.
You don't have to use all four — a simple setup might only ever use Contacts.
